Google’s Pixel phones are now suitable to install the Android 15 beta. The new Android 15 will be specified to the Pixel lineup until Google I/O. Now, OnePlus 12 and Open device owners are available to join the beta program of OxygenOS 15.
Before the stable version of OxygenOS 15, OnePlus devices will receive OxygenOS 14.1 based on Android 14 in the coming months. The next OnePlus skin will be OxygenOS 15, powered by Android 15 which will debut on many OnePlus devices later this year. Although it’s still early 2024, we already know that OnePlus devices are eligible for Android 15.
Google also confirmed that Android 15 beta 3 will be released this month, with the stable version likely to begin in August 2024. Plus, Android vendors like Xiaomi, OPPO, and Realme also launched public betas for their flagships and OnePlus also released the OxygenOS 15 beta update for OnePlus 12 and Open.
OnePlus 12 will surely be the first to get OxygenOS 15 stable sometime in August this year. The Chinese tech giant will then expand its stable activity for some older lineups including but not limited to the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 10 Pro, and Nord.
