Samsung has started the rollout of the March 2024 security patch for Galaxy S24 devices and on the other hand, there are still some devices left that are still waiting for last month’s update and the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy A13 are among them. But now finally, the tech maker has sent a February 2024 security update to owners of Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy A13 smartphones in India.
This February 2024 security update will fix over 80 vulnerabilities from Google and Samsung to maintain device reliability. The update can also boost your useful device’s security and stability grade and enhance the overall core tools for a great experience.
Moving forward, it also provides better protection against harmful threats, viruses, and other security-related attacks, resulting in a protected and more secure interpretation of the system. Apart from these general advancements, no new features or significant changes are found in the changelog.
However, Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy A13 customers can identify the February 2024 security update via One UI build version M146BXXS3BXB1 and A135FXXS6DXB1 and they need to download the 202.65MB package.
Accordingly, the update is released via an over-the-air method, thus, it may take some time to cover all the eligible units gradually. So just be forbearing and stay for your turn. If you don’t want to stay for the OTA, proceed with the manual facility process through the Software Update section inside your phone’s Settings app.
