Samsung has so far bundled various Galaxy devices with all the new security patch enhancements and improvements, meanwhile, the Galaxy A33 5G is the latest recipient of the March 2024 update. This new update has been released to improve the user experience and solve some common bugs and issues.
According to the Samsung March 2024 security update, it fixes a total of 46 issues. Google offered 37 fixes, while Samsung offered another 9 fixes. For your information, the patches offered by Google will fix the issues found in Android devices, while the patches offered by Samsung will fix issues like app lock, bootloader, and some services.
Moving forward, the March 2024 update for the Galaxy A33 5G is currently live in South Korea. However, it won’t take long for Samsung to expand the reach of the patch to more users. The firmware version for consumers living in Korea is A336NKSS6DXC1 and its download size is 246.47MB.
Also, the latest security update is released via OTA, thus, it may take some time to cover all the eligible units. But for quick installation, you can follow the manual process, go to Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install.
