Users are waiting for One UI 6.1 and Samsung has pushed the April 2024 security update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 in the US. The patch is rolling out for locked models on the Verizon network carrier.
The most delinquent update improves system security and stability to deliver a better experience. Additionally, it fixes some of the issues that users faced in the previous update. However, no new features or changes have been noted.
The April 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones on Verizon US can be identified through One UI build versions F721USQS4EXD1 and F936USQS4EXD1 respectively.
According to the patch description, Samsung has addressed 44 issues and risks that were harming system security and users’ privacy. It addresses 1 critical and 26 high-level Google CVEs and 17 Galaxy-specific issues and vulnerabilities.
