Samsung recently ended software support for the Galaxy A51 5G as well as the Galaxy A41 and Galaxy M01 devices. Even after the end of support, the Korean tech giant is rolling out a new One UI update for the Galaxy A51 5G, which installs the latest May 2024 Android security patch.

According to the information, the May 2024 update includes fixes for 45 vulnerabilities, of which 33 are from Google and 12 from Samsung, including 3 critical and 26 high-level CVEs. The patch not only improves the overall experience of Galaxy A51 5G device users but also enhances the security and stability of the system by installing the latest Android security patch.
Samsung has released the May 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G smartphone in the US and international markets. The update is available for the locked model with One UI build A516U1UESCGXC3, while the international variants of the Galaxy A51 5G get it with version A516BXXS9FXE3.
As always, this OTA is incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and the company will begin a wider rollout in a few days.

To manually install the May 2024 update on your Galaxy A51 5G smartphone, go to the Settings app. Scroll down and find the Software Update section, just open it. If your Galaxy gets a new OTA, you have to press the Download and Install button.
