Galaxy S23 gets June 2024 security patch in India, Europe, and Korea
The new software update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra brings the June 2024 security patch. It is now available in India, Korea, and Europe (via @tarunvats33) and comes with firmware versions S91xBXXS5CXE7, S91xNKSS3CXE4, and S9x8BXXS5CXE9 respectively. Its download size is around 400MB, but it only includes the security patch. Don’t expect it to bring any new performance improvements or other enhancements.
The June 2024 security patch fixes nearly five dozen security vulnerabilities found in previous versions of One UI. The update fixes several issues affecting the grid image display, battery statistics services, call verification, Samsung Dialer app, and more.
Apart from this, it also aims to enhance system stability, ensuring that users do not experience any interruptions, crashes, or lags. It improves some functions to provide better performance.
