Samsung releases the April 2024 security update for Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S20 FE smartphones for locked models in the US. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and S21 Ultra users are reporting display green line issues after the software update.

Moving toward the details, the owners of carrier-locked Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S20 FE will be able to determine the April 2024 update through One UI build version G990U1UESAFXD1 and G781USQSFHXD1 respectively in the US.

Accordingly, the update is live on AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular South, Comcast, Cricket, Dish, MetroPCS, Nextech, Tracfone, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, Verizon. Xfinity Mobile networks for Galaxy S21 FE, while, Galaxy S20 FE has collected it on AT&T, Dish, Metro PCS, Sprint, and T-Mobile networks. However, the remaining network users will receive the patch in the coming days.

The April 2024 update enhances the security grade of your FE variant and improves the system stability so that users can enjoy a protected and reliable user experience. Furthermore, the patch also works on harmful threats and viruses, reducing the risk of system crashes and data loss.
