Currently, the Circle to Search feature will enable users to circle, highlight, write, or tap any element displayed on their screen, thereby triggering a search for information related to the selected area.

Now, the upcoming update of Circle to Search on Pixel and Samsung will introduce ‘Copy Image’ and ‘Share Image’ of selected areas as image options to provide additional functionality to users.

Google is working on new features like capturing parts of the screen and sharing them with other people using Circle to Search like a screenshot. The new feature letting you copy the image and share the image will be added with future updates to the functionality.

However, the new feature is in development and it is up to Google developers whether they deploy this feature or not. Although the development phase is ongoing, it could be introduced with the next Pixel feature drop in June 2024.
