Samsung has rolled out a new update for Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy A52s, which brings a new security patch in the form of April 2024; it is informed that Galaxy S20 FE has received this update with One UI 5.1 software. Plus Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy A52s received this update with One UI 6.0 and are expected to receive One UI 6.1 in the coming months.

The April 2024 security patch includes over 40 new improvements that address issues that could be dangerous to your privacy. This is a standard update developed by Google to enhance the overall security of Android devices. But in the case of Galaxy devices, Samsung has added 17 SVEs patches that improve the functioning of its devices so that users can problem so that you can enjoy using their equipment.

The April 2024 security update is coming to the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy A52s with new firmware version numbers G781BXXSAHXC6, F926USQS5HXD1, and A528BXXS7FXC8, respectively. Being a security patch, it may also include some more improvements that provide more stability to the features that came with the previous update.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and Galaxy A52s smartphones are getting the April 2024 security update in some countries in Europe and the company will make it available in more countries in the coming days or weeks.

While Galaxy Z Fold 3 is getting this update for the model locked in the US. The update is currently available on Comcast and Xfinity mobile networks, with plans to expand to more carriers soon.

To manually check for software updates on Galaxy devices, go to your phone’s Settings. At the bottom you will see the Software Update section, just open it. If your Galaxy brings a new OTA then inside the submenu, you have to press the Download and Install button.
