Besides One UI 6.1, Samsung is delivering the latest March 2024 Android security patch update to its eligible Galaxy devices. While millions of Galaxy phone owners are already enjoying the fresh software update, Galaxy S21 customers living in India are the latest to grab the Samsung March 2024 security patch.
This update improves system security and stability as well as fixes common bugs and issues that impact users’ experience. The company’s March 2024 security patch description mentions fixes for nearly four dozen privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exposures.
As per the information, the latest update resolves 2 Critical and 35 High levels of CVEs from Google’s Android operating system. At the same time, it also fixes 9 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures to further enhance the customers’ trust in security.
Moreover, Samsung is releasing the March 2024 security patch update for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra in India with One UI built version G991BXXS9FXBE, G996BXXS9FXBE, and G998BXXS9FXBE, respectively.

To install the update on your Galaxy S21 series smartphone, you just need to go to your Galaxy Settings. Once done, navigation to the Software Update tab and press the Download and Install button.
