Samsung is rolling out a new update with the February 2024 security patch for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones in Europe. The latest update has already been released for Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23 and other devices.
The update is currently rolling out in some Europe and the company will expand it soon. February 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphone can be verified through the One UI build version mentioned below.

The latest security patch fixes more than 79 issues for the Android operating system, including 3 critical and 76 high-level CVEs. The Samsung patch, on the other hand, includes some Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) items, which are specific to Samsung devices and applications.
This is an initial rollout of this update so it may take hours or days to reach your Galaxy S22 smartphone. Users can download the update via Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install. If you have received this firmware notification, update it now to enjoy advanced features
The February 2024 update doesn’t come with anything other than security improvements, but the next update for the Galaxy S22 lineup will likely come with some new features. Samsung will likely start rolling out the One UI 6.1 update to eligible devices next month.
