Samsung is sending a new update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022 Edition), which installs the latest Android security patch released in February 2024 to improve system security and stability. The firmware is currently rolling out in India and the company will soon expand this update in more countries.
February 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) smartphone can be identified through One UI build version P613XXS5CXB1 and update package size 247MB. It is a regular update so it does not contain any new features except the monthly security solutions.
Earlier this month, Samsung had already released the February 2024 security update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2020), which brings the February 2024 security patch that fixes 72 security vulnerabilities discovered in Samsung smartphones and tablets.
Moving forward, the February 2024 update will improve the core mechanisms of the system and protect the device from harmful threats, viruses, and other security-related attacks. It further provides uninterrupted functionality by protecting the system from many vulnerabilities and risks.
