Google Play multiple apps download

Google has already released the April 2024 Play system update for Android devices. It brings notable improvements and features to various services to enhance the overall performance and user experience. But now, Google Play Store removes the annoying bug My Apps Shortcut.

According to the information, the Google Play Store app on Android phones and tablets faces a strange bug that can irritate users if they repeatedly check for app and game updates. On some phones, the My apps shortcut to view your installed apps disappears in certain scenarios.

As spotted by 9To5Google, the Google Play Store is experiencing a bug on Android phones and tablets where the My Apps app shortcut was removed. This shortcut, used to view currently installed apps and available app updates, sometimes disappears, making it difficult to access your apps and app updates.

To bring back the My Apps shortcut back, click on the App Info shortcut and navigate to Play Store > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage.

Hopefully, Google is knowledgeable of this bug and will release a fix for this issue and release a new update. Keep track of Google Play Store app updates on your Android smartphone or tablet. You can find new updates by going to Settings > About > Updates Play Store.
