Once the barcode scanning feature is activated, this feature scans the barcode or QR code directly from the screen. After scanning, it displays a clickable button that will take you directly to the relevant result.

Previously, users used to take screenshots of QR codes and then open them within the gallery app to scan them from the gallery Google Lens. But now after the launch of the onscreen barcode and QR code scanner feature users can easily search the relevant results.
