Last month, Samsung released a new update to its Translator for Samsung Internet app, which allows users to translate web pages into different languages easily. Nowadays, users of the Samsung Internet app have reported the app closing unexpectedly during usage. To fix this inconvenience the company shared the solution for the Galaxy or Samsung Internet app issue, which unexpectedly closed.
Samsung is aware that the cause of this problem and that inconvenience is mainly due to the lack of specific permission that allows the app to act on other applications. According to the Community Easy Solution Manager, the Samsung Internet issue occurs when the app lacks the required ‘Show on Top’ permission, which is required for its operation over other apps.
Luckily, the company shared an easy solution to prevent these sudden shutdowns. By permitting “Appear on top” permission, the app remains active and available, even when different apps are in use.
To allow “Appear on top” permission, users need to navigate through their device settings. Check the full steps given below.

- Scroll to and pick Apps.
- Find and click on Samsung Internet.
- Choose Appear on top.
- Toggle the switch to (ON) for Allow permissions.
