On July 3, Jio blocked access to unlimited 5G plans with less than 1.5GB/day when it changed its pricing prices. Users of entry-level plans and 1.5GB/day plans were thus ineligible for 5G. Now, Jio introduced three new data vouchers with Unlimited 5G data. The new data bundles are a direct result of the top three Indian telecoms’ recent rate increases. Users of Jio can now enjoy Unlimited 5G data by combining their 1.5GB/day contracts with the new data vouchers. These are the specifics.

Three additional data vouchers valued at Rs 51, Rs 101, and Rs 151 have been introduced by Jio. These new Jio plans offer Unlimited access to 5G data as well as fast 4G internet. They may be found on the Jio website in the recharge menu’s True Unlimited Upgrade section.
The fact that these data vouchers have the same validity as your base plan is their biggest feature. Therefore, if your Jio SIM is currently connected to an annual plan, obtaining any one of these coupons will get you access to 5G for the full year.
These True Unlimited Upgrade coupons are now available for purchase by users on a daily data restriction plan. Nevertheless, as the value packs for Rs. 479 and Rs. 1899 feature an aggregate data cap rather than a daily limit, these data packs will not be compatible with them.

For now, Jio.com is the only place where you can get the new vouchers. Go to Jio.com > Mobile > Prepaid > True Unlimited Upgrade for users. Neither the MyJio app nor any other third-party recharging platforms showed the packs. The availability of unlimited 5G with other Jio plans is unaffected by the new data plans. All prepaid plans with a daily 2GB recharge and greater data caps will still provide 5G data.
