Earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE smartphone started receiving an April 2024 security update in the US and Europe. Now, the company is expanding the update to Galaxy S20 FE users in India and will soon make it available in all eligible markets.

The Korean tech giant has released an April 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE smartphone in India with One UI build version G781BXXSAHXD1. It weighs around 500MB package.
According to SMR, the latest security patch fixes more than 40 issues to enhance the system security and stability of the devices. The latest update fixes several issues at various levels. It also provides better protection against malicious threats, viruses, and other security-related attacks to provide uninterrupted performance.

Galaxy S20 FE users can easily check and install the update by going to Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install. The fresh update is rolled out via the OTA method, so it may take some time to cover all the eligible units in the country.
