Nothing has released a new update for the Phone (2) with the June 2024 Android security patch and Nothing OS 2.5.6 version. This new update is around 100MB in size and has some new features, Quick Settings and UI improvements, and multiple bug fixes.

As per the changelog, this Nothing OS 2.5.6 update allows Phone 2 users to hide/show the navigation bar with a new option in the settings. Also, it has added a custom option to enable/disable the quick settings swipe-down page on the lock screen interface. Also, it brings new options to customize the icons within the status bar.
