One UI 6.1 is coming to Samsung’s 2022 flagships next month

One UI 6.1 is coming to many Samsung 2022 devices next month. Starting April 10, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, Z Fold 4 Z Flip 4, and more devices will start seeing the latest Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update. The latest Samsung software skin brings with it the expected small changes of a point update, but it hasn’t been confirmed whether it brings a bunch of AI-based functionality.

Samsung has started the rollout of its latest One UI 6.1 software for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series (including the S23 FE), Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, and the Galaxy Tab S9 series. Also, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 are the only foldable to get the full suite of Galaxy AI features with the One UI 6.1 update.

Now, it remains to be seen what the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will get in terms of Galaxy AI features with the One UI 6.1 update. It is noteworthy that this new software will take the user experience to the next level.

According to tipster @theonecid, Samsung will release the One UI 6.1 software update for the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4 on April 10. It is noteworthy that this update will be released in Canada.

Samsung is yet to officially announce the official release date of the One UI 6.1 update for other Galaxy devices including the Galaxy S22. However, estimates are that the rollout could begin as early as April. Stay tuned for more updates.
