Google started the Android 15 conversation by releasing the first developer preview of the next version of the operating system on February 17, followed by the recent public beta, and users of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets have started conversations about what features will be included in One UI 7.0.
For your information, One UI 7.0 features will be revealed during beta testing which is expected to start in late August, while this wish list contains all the features we wish Samsung would see in its Android 15 this year.

Google started the Android 15 developer preview in February and the final release will likely happen in late August. Samsung has neither joined Google in the preview nor been part of the public beta testing of Android 15.
In 2024, the Korean tech giant is expected to release the first One UI 7.0 beta, which will reveal the user interface and features. Since there’s still a four-month gap before the One UI 7 beta, we’ll continue to gather input about what might be coming.

Redesign the status bar icon
According to the latest information, the status bar will get a new look with Android 15. Therefore, Samsung fans also want to see the status bar icons redesigned with the next One UI 7.0.
Depth effect lock screen
Now is the time for Android manufacturers to bring lock screen customization to their devices. Samsung has also made a unique customization to its lock screen. However, users would like Samsung to advertise depth effects for lock screen customization similar to the Pixel, iPhone, and Xiaomi smartphones.
Fast Charging/Super Fast Charging AOD indicator for the entire duration of the charge
With One UI 7.0, Galaxy users want a Fast Charging/Super Fast Charging AOD indicator for the entire duration of the charge, as they want to know when their smartphone is using fast or super fast charging.
