In November 2023, Oppo officially introduced Android 14-based ColorOS 14 globally. It comes with a new aquamorphic design and Trinity Engine which is claimed to improve the overall performance of the phone. Oppo has now announced the devices that will get the stable version of ColorOS 14 in April 2024.
The Chinese tech giant has also confirmed that one model will receive the latest version of the update in different markets later this month. Notably, earlier this year, the Oppo Reno 11 5G series was launched in the country with Abdroid 14-based ColorOS 14 out-of-the-box.
In a community post, the company confirmed that OPPO F21s Pro 5G, A78, and Reno8 Z 5G users in India and Thailand will start receiving a stable version of ColorOS 14 from April 18. The post also lists some handsets that are in the process of receiving the stable versions of the ColorOS 14 update.
Moreover, the company also notes that the timeline is “estimated and subject to change” depending on the model, country, and carrier and that some features will vary due to the hardware features of some models.
