PUBG Mobile will soon get 120fps mode for smoother gameplay

PUBG MOBILE one of the most popular battle royale games on mobile devices, is continuously evolving to keep players engaged and excited. In the meantime, the players are waiting to experience the 120fps mode for smoother gameplay, which the PUBG Mobile is expected to release soon.

According to a tweet by @PUBGMOBILE, the company has confirmed that PUBG Mobile will soon get a 120fps mode. The upcoming version of PUBG Mobile (version 3.2) will bring a faster 120fps mode, letting users have a faster and smoother battle royale experience.

Currently, PUBG Mobile offers up to 90fps for smooth gameplay, and the company is now taking it to the next level with the latest version of the game. At the moment, the company has not said whether the 120fps mode will be available for both Android and iOS devices and what is the release date.

PUBG Mobile is available in India under BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), which is also expected to increase to 120fps in the coming days or weeks. The company also recently published version 3.1 of the game, and according to the company, it will be updated to version 3.2 in the coming days with the possibility of adding a 120fps mode.

Additionally, the 120fps mode on PUBG should work well on high-end and upper-mid-range smartphones. However, this feature is not coming to entry-level devices. According to the information, the latest Android flagships powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or equivalent chips should be able to handle 120fps without any issues.

On the other hand, iPhones with 120Hz displays should be able to easily support this upcoming feature on the previous generation iPhone 14 Pro series as well.
