Upcoming Realme 12 5G has just made its presence on the BIS database, hinting at its imminent debut in India. While the authority’s database listing doesn’t reveal any info on specs or design, the model number was only confirmed to be RMX3999.
The vanilla Realme 12 5G is expected to launch alongside the Realme 12+ 5G, which will launch in India on March 6. The RMX3999 model number was previously spotted in Malaysia’s SIRIM certification, confirming the moniker of the smartphone, the Realme 12 5G.
The upcoming Realme smartphone has also received the EEC, TKDN, and Indonesia Telecom certification platform with the same model number. Furthermore, the TUV Rhineland certification suggests that the smartphone will have a nominal rated capacity of 4,880mAh.
The battery is tipped to be marked as 5,000mAh and is likely to support a maximum of 45W fast charging. Plus, The FCC certification confirms that the smartphone will run on the Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 out of the box.
The database also reveals the outline of the smartphone, which confirms the presence of a circular camera module at the back. It is also confirmed that the upcoming Realme smartphone will come with support for 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.
