Samsung has recently ended software update support for the Galaxy A21s smartphone and added it to the end of the support list. The device was launched back in the year 2020 and came pre-installed with Android 10. The model further received Android 11 and Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software and May 2024 security patch as its last update.

This information recently released by Samsung reveals the revised list of software update plans for Galaxy devices along with security details till July 2024. Through the revised list, the company has officially announced the discontinuation of software support for the Galaxy A21s.
Now, as per Samsung’s software update policy, the Galaxy A21s has completed its life cycle of receiving software and firmware updates, and now it’s time to join the list of End of Life List devices as a new member. This means that the phone will have to spend the rest of its life on the same software it is running on, as there are no chances of future updates.

With the May 2024 security patch, the Galaxy A21s has fulfilled its promise of providing security updates for four years. Thus, the Korean firm has discontinued software support for the Galaxy A21s.
