On June 8, Samsung started rolling out the June 2024 security update for its devices; initially, the update was available for the Galaxy S24 series, but then the company is expanding it to more Galaxy devices.
Samsung June 2024 security patch: What’s new
According to SMR, the June 2024 security patch update implemented 59 patches to address various vulnerabilities. Specifically, Google has implemented 37 patches that will be applied to the Android operating system. Along with Google, Samsung has also added 22 special patches to significantly enhance the security of its Galaxy devices.
As always, the monthly update also promises to enhance the stability of the system, ensuring that users do not experience any interruptions, crashes, or lags. It further improves some functions to provide better performance.

How to update:
Users of the above-mentioned Galaxy devices are advised to install the update immediately to take advantage of enhanced security measures. To install the patch, open the Settings app, select ‘Software update’ and then select ‘Download and install’.

Before installing, make sure to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network or ensure it has a strong network connection. Also, make sure your battery is charged more than 50% before starting the software update.
