Software update to fix LockStar app’s clock overlap issue

Samsung’s LockStar application, which is a module for the company’s Good Lock app, offers additional features related to lock screen functionality compared to system settings. Samsung users are experiencing a lock screen clock overlap issue on the Lockstar Good Lock module, which causes the clock show to overlap when the screen is turned off. Now, the company has acknowledged this issue and is working on a software update to resolve it.

Samsung says it is aware of the LockStar clock overlap issue and will fix the issue with an upcoming software update. When a person complained about the issue the company acknowledged the issue and provided an update on the matter on Samsung’s community forum.

As a temporary solution, the company recommends users to reboot their devices when the clock overlaps. If the issue persists, it is recommended to disable Lockstar until an upcoming software update is available.
