WhatsApp is rolling out a new update through the Google Play store for Android beta users. This new update adds new voice message transcription features to WhatsApp.

WhatsApp will soon bring a voice message transcription feature to Android users, which makes it easier to read messages in noisy environments or for those with hearing impairments. The app is currently offering voice transcription in Hindi, English, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil) languages, according to per report.
A few users have started receiving the transcripts features, who have installed the Whatsapp beta with version 2.24.15.5. The other Whatsapp beta users will soon receive the voice transcripts feature. These are the users who haven`t received the update.
The main aim of WhatsApp is to improve convenience and accessibility for users who enable voice message transcription. The voice transcription is made for incoming and outgoing voice messages.
In the future, expected that The Meta-owned giant will support more languages. The users who work in loud environments, Voice transcripts will allow them to read the contents of a voice message. The transcription will be a lifesaver for that kind of user. The voice transcripts will allow users to create a summary and hear a long voice clip.
